Lola García-Ajofrín is a multimedia journalist with overt 15 years of experience. She currently works as the coordinator of the Pulse cross-border project at El Confidencial. She has reported from locations around the globe, including the U.S., Afghanistan, Ethiopia, China, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Armenia. Her work has been featured in El País, El Mundo, El Confidencial, EFE, La Información, CNN, Outriders, and Al Jazeera. Specializing in new narratives, she coordinated interactive projects for the Polish start-up Outriders for nearly five years.

Lola has received several international awards, including three co-nominations for the European Press Prize. She is the author of the book “Gigantes de la Educación” and the short docs "377" and "An Armenian Square." She graduated in Journalism in 2006 and holds a Master’s Degree in Broadcasting Journalism from 2007. Additionally, she trained in documentary filmmaking at LENS School and is one of the TTT for the Solutions Journalism Network.
