Five years later, that is still our aim. But while data-driven stories and investigations are the outcomes of our action, lots of our energies are dedicated to building an increasingly strong collaborative environment behind them. As a network of 29 partners from 17 countries, cross-border collaboration is at the heart of our work. With about 100 pieces of content published so far, we know how hard it is to build trust around a new “brand” in the journalism arena. We continuously hone our processes to minimise the possibility of a mistake because while it takes time to build trust, it takes a minute to lose it.
