Kostas Koukoumakas

Kostas Koukoumakas is an Athens-based journalist. He studied Journalism and Media at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He covers politics, high corruption and organized crime in Greece and the Balkans. His work has appeared in the BBC News, DIE ZEIT, Goethe-Institute Magazine, VICΕ, Reporters United and the major Greek daily TA NEA.

Nominated for the European Press Prize/ The Investigative Reporting Award 2017.
