Vinod K. Jose

Executive Editor of The Caravan

Vinod K. Jose is the Executive Editor of The Caravan, India's premier long-form magazine of narrative and investigative journalism. His newsroom’s reports, which exposed numerous corruption scandals in India—many of them involving the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi—led to widespread public debates within the country. Vinod is a recipient of numerous awards for excellence in journalism, so has many cases filed against him, including ten sedition cases. Vinod is an alumnus of the Columbia Journalism School, New York, and has a PhD in Sociology. He was also a Radcliffe Fellow at Harvard University.
