Gratuated from Institut Pratique de Journalism, School of journalism, in 2001, Antoine Malo began working for Le Journal du Dimanche, the main French Sunday newspaper in 2002. As a reporter for Foreign dpt, he covered mainly revolution and conflicts (Ivory Coast, Libya Syria, Iraq or Ukraine). He also worked on extreme right in Europe and published articles about links between Russia and French extreme right.

In 2018, he received the award of French diplomatic press association. Same year, he published Prisonnières (Stock Editions), a book about a young female yezidi kidnapped by Daesh.

He is also a member of JDD Journalist society (sdj), and defend journalists rights in the newspaper.
