Duhalde Marcelo

Associate Creative Director, South China Morning Post

Marcelo Duhalde, current Associate Creative Director of South China Morning Post, is a Chilean Infographic Designer, Researcher and Illustrator with a diverse experience in visual journalism. He joined The Post in 2016, having worked previously as the deputy infographic editor at the Times of Oman and Al Shabiba Newspapers between 2010 and 2015 in Oman, and in the main Chilean newsrooms since 1996. Managing a team of 10 visual journalists, designers and illustrator, the team have been producing award winning pieces from 2011, Before working in SCMP Duhalde worked in News Media outlets in Oman and Chile.
