Sotiris Sideris

Data Journalist, Reporters United and CCIJ

Sotiris Sideris (MA) is the data editor of Reporters United and CCIJ, and co-founder of AthensLive. He also serves as a lecturer of digital media at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and as a research associate in the NTLab at the University of Athens.

He has worked as the coordinator of Migratory Birds newspaper and as a researcher for the national TV documentary series 28 Europe.

In 2017, he was granted a fellowship from Stavros Niarchos Foundation to participate in Lede 12, a post-bac certification program on coding and data analysis from Columbia University in New York.
