Filmmaker and Journalist Apolena Rychlíková presents an advanced cut of her second feature film, Limits of Europe, and discusses the challenges and techniques of documentary filmmaking, and the main topic of the film which follows the work of journalist Saša Uhlová, who, under a hidden identity, sets out to follow the fate of Eastern European migrants in order to experience first-hand the reality of global exploitation on farms, in hotels and in the care sector. Germany, Ireland and France are the main destinations of the journalist's research. In each place she meets other migrants and with them gives us a glimpse behind the curtain of Western welfare.
