We all experience stress. It’s normal. Your profession and context makes it extra challenging but not impossible to manage. In this workshop you will learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress levels, and how to prevent burnout by identifying the signals of when you are going over your physical, mental and emotional limits. You’ll also learn and experience simple practices that can help you replenish your energy throughout the day.
